If your Maivelo doesn't fit quite right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help arrange a free size exchange.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Email us with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We'll confirm the details and next steps with you directly.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Items must be unused, in like-new condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
